equipmentOur Field Engineers are equipped with all the right tools to be safe and successful.  We only use quality hand tools from Klein, Milwakee and Fluke. Our fleet vehicles are maintained to get the crew back and forth safely and are fully stocked with (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment for each Engineer.  PPE includes but not limited to: Hard Hats, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, High Visibility Vests and Lift Harnesses.  All Field Engineers proudly wear RedWing boots with safety toes and are Electrical Hazard rated.

Training is continuous throughout our careers and depends on each employee but all Field Engineers start with the basics first.  Within the first 90 days of “Boot Camp”, the new hire will train and complete OSHA 10 hour Certification and Scissor/Boom Lift Operator Certification.  During “Boot Camp” the new Field Engineer will shadow and mirror a team lead, learning company policies, and demonstrating they understand how to work safely.

All new employees must first pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.  During "Boot Camp", they get software logins and a workspace to begin Osha 10 hour Certification and Scissor/ Boom Lift Operator Certification.

We also have a Mandatory Monthly Meeting (3M), were we discuss a new safety topic, discuss avoided hazards, audit/replace PPE, and schedule any vehicle maintenance.
